临时性肠造口患者还纳术后居家生活体验的质性研究

目的 探讨临时性肠造口患者还纳术后居家生活体验,为制定干预方案及促进居家康复提供依据。方法 采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对12例造口还纳后的患者进行半结构式访谈,按照Colaizzi七步分析法对获得的资料进行编码、分析、整理和归纳。结果 对访谈内容进行分析提炼3个主题：疾病发展的不确定性;肠道症状伴生的生活困扰;疾病应对的情感调节。结论 造口还纳后肠道功能的改变,给患者身心带来极大的困扰,影响了患者的生活。医护人员应根据患者的认知和需求,及时给予护理干预,提高患者的生活质量。

Qualitative Research on Home Life Experience of Patients after Temporary Stoma Reversal

Objective To explore home life experience of patients receiving temporary colostomy reversal,and to provide reference for the intervention to promote patients’home-based rehabilitation.Methods Phenomenological research method in qualitative research was adopted to carry out semi-structured interview with 12 patients receiving colostomy reversal.The obtained data were coded,analyzed,sorted and summarized according to Colaizzi’s seven-step analysis method.Results Three themes were extracted including the uncertainty of disease development,life disturbance brought by intestinal symptoms,emotional adjustment related to diseases.Conclusion Intestinal function changes after receiving colostomy reversal brings great trouble to patients physically and psychologically.Medical staff should offer patient timely nursing intervention according to their cognition and needs to improve their life quality.
