社区护士对慢性难愈性伤口患者延续护理认知及培训需求调查分析

目的 了解社区护士对慢性难愈性伤口患者延续护理的认知现状及培训需求,为有效实施延续护理服务及相关知识培训提供依据。方法 自行设计问卷,采用便利抽样法方法选取番禺区16所社区卫生服务机构的在册护理人员在延续护理认知、态度及培训需求进行调查。结果 番禺区社区护士延续护理知识维度以及态度维度得分率分别为67.3%和79.3%,均处于中等水平;不同年龄、职称、任职时间、婚姻状态的社区护士对慢性难愈性伤口患者开展延续护理的必要性都给予了认可。94.8%社区护士同意针对慢性难愈性伤口患者开展延续护理,同时77.5%社区护士愿意加入慢性难愈性伤口延续护理工作团队。90.3%的社区护士认为有必要对开展延续护理人员进行慢性难愈性伤口相关知识培训。结论 本次调查提示番禺区社区护士对慢性难愈性伤口患者延续护理有一定的认知度,同时有较高的培训需求,针对慢性难愈性伤口延续护理的培训内容主要集中在专业知识培训、沟通技巧、人文知识等3方面,可通过操作演示、理论授课、案例分析等方式进行培训。

Cognition on Extended Nursing of Patients with Chronic Refractory Wounds and Training Needs of Community Nurses

Objective To investigate the cognition and training needs of community nurses for extended nursing of patients with chronic refractory wounds, and to provide reference for the effective implementation of extended nursing and related knowledge training. Methods With convenience sampling, registered nursing staff in 16 community health service institutions in Panyu District were surveyed by using a self-designed questionnaire on cognition on, attitude toward and training needs of extended nursing. Results The score of knowledge of and attitude toward extending nursing of community nurses in Panyu district was 67.3% and 79.3% respectively, which was at the mediate level. The necessity of extending nursing for patients with chronic refractory wounds was recognized by community nurses with different age, professional titles, working time and marital status. 94.8% of the community nurses agreed to carry out extended care for patients with chronic refractory wounds; 77.5% of the community nurses were willing to join in the extended nursing team for chronic refractory wounds and 90.3% of the community nurses considered it necessary to provide related training for nurses. Conclusion The study suggests that the community nurses in Panyu District have certain cognition on extending nursing of patients with chronic refractory wounds, and a higher demand for training. The training are supposed on focusing on professional knowledge, communication skills, humanistic knowledge, and could be conducted by skill demonstration, lectures and case analysis.
