中央型颈脊髓损伤机制的探讨

通过对我院收治的２１例中央型颈脊髓损伤病人的年龄、脊柱损伤类型、伤因、临床特点诸因素综合分析发现：中央型颈脊髓损伤可发生在任何年龄组伤员，与脊柱损伤类型无绝对相关性。和其他类型脊髓损伤病例相比，中央型颈脊髓损伤主要特点是原始伤力轻。我们认为中央型颈脊髓损伤实际上是一种较轻型的脊髓不完全损伤，它的发生取决于脊髓损伤的程度，伤力是主要因素。

Study on Mechanism of Central Cervical Spinal Cord Injury

According to the comprehensive analysis of the factors of the age, type of the spinal cord injury, cause of the injury and clinical characters of the 21 cases suffering from the central cervical spinal cord injury, it has been discovered that the central cervical spinal cord injury may occur in a population of any ages and had no definite relationship with the type of the spinal cord injury. Compared with other types of the spinal cord injury its main features are that the original injury force is less. So we believe that the central cervical spinal cord injury is actually a type of minor and incomplete spinal cord injury. The occurence deponds on the extent of the spinal cord injury, and the injury force is the main contributor to such a injury.
