叶间包裹性积液的胸部平片特征（附67例分析）

目的：研究叶间包裹性积液胸部平片特征。材料与方法：收集67例，均摄有胸部正侧位平片。分析其部位、形态、密度、边缘及间接征象特征。结果：病变的中心位于叶间胸膜线上，长径与叶间胸膜走行一致；大部分病变正位呈片状影，侧位呈肿块影；在正位病变表现为密度浅谈、均匀，内见肺纹理并延伸至外；病变的边线在正位常模糊不清，或仅上线或上缘的一部分清楚；多合并有肺内病变、胸腔游离积液、胸膜增厚、心脏增大等征象。结论：根据平片特征，本病的诊断一般不难，少数需借助CT及经皮肺穿刺等检查确诊。

Characteristic of Chest Plain Film in the Cases of Interlobar Cysted Hydrothorax (Analysis of 67 Cases)

Purpose: The features of chest plain film in the cases of interlobar cysted hydrothorax were studied. MateriaIs and Methods: 67 cases that had the chest plain films on the post - anterior and lateral positions were co1lected, and their position, form,density, edged and indiract signs were analysed. ResuIts: In most cases the center of focus was located on the interlobar pleural line and the trend of its major axis and interlobar p1eural line showed no differwnce. On the post - anterior film the shadow was nat and on the lateral film the shadow was shuttle - like. On the post - anterior film the density of shadow was even and light, even in the shadow the lung markings can be seen, and the edge of focus usually was unclear or only on the upper edge was clear. In the part of cases the indi- rect signs such as pleural thickning, dissociated fluid in pleural cavity and heart fai1ure can been seen. Conclusion: General1y speaking,accoding to the features of chest plain film the diagnosis of interlobar cysted hydrothoracx would be not difficult, only in a few cases CT and trndermic pneumocentesis were necessary for diagnosis of this disease.
