| 摘 要： | 目的：建立气相色谱法快速测定蔬菜、水果中多种有机磷农药残留的检测方法。方法：样品用乙酸乙酯提取,经无水硫酸钠脱水后浓缩,进气相色谱分析,外标法定量。结果：该方法12种有机磷农药的线性范围为0.5～10μg/ml,相关系数0.9990以上,平均回收率为80.5%～116.4%,相对标准偏差（RSD）〈15%,检出限为0.002～0.01 mg/kg。结论：该法简便、快速、定量准确、精密度高,适用于蔬菜、水果中多种有机磷农药残留量的检测。
