| 摘 要： | 目的探讨百草枯中毒的临床特征,提高对百草枯中毒的认识和抢救水平。方法回顾性分析93例百草枯中毒患者的临床资料。结果93例患者中治愈42例,死亡51例。不同程度中毒患者服毒量间差别有显著性意义(P<0.05);不同程度中毒患者多脏器功能损害的发生率间差别有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论百草枯中毒可致多器官功能损害,预后差,中毒后对组织、器官产生的毒性反应出现较晚,早期综合治疗,可降低病死率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical features of paraquat poisoning and to improve the knowledge about paraquat poisoning and the rescue level.Methods Clinical data of 93 patients with paraquat poisoning were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among the patients,there were 42 cases were cured,51 cases died.There were significent difference in taking dose of poison and the rate of the MODS of the poisoners with different poisoning capacity(P<0.05).Conclusion The prognosis of paraquat poisoning was poor with causing MODS,in which lung injury would be the main manifestations.Its toxic effect to tissues and organs may appear fairly late.It was the key point to decrease mortality of adopting progressive and comprehensive treatment in early stage. |
