低频振动对成人成骨细胞增殖分化的影响

摘    要:目的探讨低频振动对成人成骨细胞增殖分化的影响。方法取成人的髂骨松质骨,采用胶原酶-胰蛋白酶联合消化法获得人成骨细胞,进行纯化培养。利用流式细胞仪检测细胞的增殖分化能力。结果不同频率的低频振动对成骨细胞的影响不同。加载0.5Hz振动可使S期的细胞从10.4%增加到16.12%,增殖指数从20.14增加到28.75;2Hz使S期的细胞降低至8.56%,增殖指数降低到17.68%;而5Hz使细胞增殖指数明显降低(P<0.05)。结论适当频率的低频振动能促进成骨细胞增殖分化,对临床应用有积极意义。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of low frequency v ibration on cultured human osteobla sts proliferation and differentiation.Methods Osteoblasts isolated form the iliac trabecular bone specimens treated with collagenase-trypsin,and then t he osteoblasts were purified and cultured.Subsequently,The flo w cytomety were used to observe the effect on the proliferation of osteobl asts.Results0.5Hz vibration could increase cell numbers of S phase from 10.4%to 16.12%,PI value from 20.14to 28.75;2Hz reduced PI value to 17.68;5Hz ob-viously decrease PI value(P<0.01).Conclusion0.5Hz vibration could significant a ccelerate the adult human osteoblast proliferation and differentiation.
