摘    要:对生物可吸收材料p(3HB-co-3HH)/PU共聚多聚体的生物相容性进行评估.材料与方法分别采用体外细胞毒性试验(直接接触法和MTT法),皮下植入试验来评价p(3HB-co-3HH)/PU生物可降解支架材料的局部组织反应.结果犬股静脉肌成纤维细胞在p(3HB-co-3HH)/PU薄膜涂附的玻片上及其浸提液中均生长良好,皮下植入显示仅引起轻度的炎症反应.结论p(3HB-co-3HH)/PU共聚多聚体材料具有较好的生物相容性.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the biocompatibility of p(3HB-co-3HH)/PU-A new biodegradable co-polymer scaffold.Methods Tests in vitro and in vivo were completed to evaluate the biocompatibility of the p(3HB-co-3HH)/PU patch.The test in vitro included MTT assay and direct-contacted methods,and the test in vivo was subcutaneous implant and aorta replacement test.Results The myofibroblasts growed well on the glass slide covered with membrane of p(3HB-co-3HH)/PU and in the solution of p(3HB-co-3HH)/PU.The patches implanted mouse subcutaneous only caused slight inflammation.Conclusion The new biodegradable copolymer scaffold,p(3HB-co-3HH)/PU,had a good biocompatibility.
