| 摘 要： | 目的观察和比较右肺包虫合并肝包虫病经胸及上腹两切口与经胸腹联合切口两种不同手术入路对肺功能的影响。方法对经胸及上腹两切口(观察组)10例与经胸腹联合切口(对照组)20例不同手术入路两组患者的术前1天及术后第7天肺功能(FVC,FEV1,MVV)进行统计学对比分析。结果两组术后第7天肺功能比较,观察组肺功能损伤小于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论右肺包虫合并肝包虫病经胸及上腹两切口入路手术术后对肺功能的损伤程度明显小于胸腹联合切口入路手术

| Abstract: | Objective To compare and evaluate the influence on two surgical approach on pulmonary function in the right pulmonary echinococcosis complicated with hydatid cyst of liver. Methods 30 patients were divided into two groups:two incisions group(thoracic and abdomino incisions n=10) and abdomino-thracic incision group(n=20).The values of pulmonary function(FVC,FEV_1,MVV)were monitored at one day before operation,and 7th day after operation.Results A decrease was found in both groups on 7th postoperative day.Meanwhile abdomino-thracic incision group showde a more remardable impairment in pulmonary function than that in two incisions group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Abdomino-thracic incision in the pulmonary echinococcosis with hydatid cyst of liver causes more serious pulmonary function impairment comparing with the two incisions group. |
