| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨CT对颅内脂肪瘤的诊断价值。资料和方法对15例CT诊断的颅内脂肪瘤进行回顾性分析，全部病例临床表现无特异性。结果15例颅内脂肪瘤CT表现为位于颅内中线部位或其附近的均匀脂肪密度影，可有钙化。结论CT是诊断颅内脂肪瘤较为可靠的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the value of CT to diagnose th e intracranial lipoma.Methods 15cases intracranial lipoma which diagnosed by CT were retrospectively analysed,All of them have no specif icity in clinical.Results15cases of intracranial lipoma show n on CT were mostly localized in the midli ne or near,and uniform fat density.of them partially had calcificatin.Conclusion CT can be regarded as better method for diagnose intrac ranial lipoma. |
