低分子肝素联合降纤酶治疗急性脑梗死的疗效分析

目的 研究低分子肝素钙联合降纤酶治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及对全血粘度的影响. 方法 将124例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组(n=62)在常规治疗基础上加用降纤酶,治疗组(n=62)在常规治疗基础上加用低分子肝素钙和降纤酶,观察两组治疗前后全血粘度和神经功能改变. 结果 治疗后两组神经功能缺损均有改善,但治疗组ESS评分明显高于对照组(P＜0.05);两组用药后全血粘度均有一定程度降低(P均＜0.01),未发现严重不良反应. 结论 低分子肝素联合降纤酶治疗急性脑梗死安全、有效,可降低全血粘度.

A Clinical Study of Treatment for Acute Cerebral Infarction by Low-molecular-weight Heparin Calcium Combined with Defibrase

Objective To investigate the efficiency of low-molecular-weight heparin calcium combined with defibrase in treating patients with acute cerebral infarction and its influence on blood viscosity.Methods One hundred and twenty four patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 2 groups. Control group(n=62) was treated by routine method and defibrase, meanwhile treatment group was treated by routine method and defibrase combined with low-molecular-weight heparin calcium injection. Changes in blood viscosity and neural function were examined.Results Both methods improvee the neural function, but ESS scores in treatment group were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). Blood viscosity was significantly decreased in both groups(P<0.01), and no severe complications were found.Conclusion Low-molecular-weight heparin calcium combined with defibrase is safe and effective in treating patients with acute cerebral infarction, which may be resulted from reduction in blood viscosity.
