痤疮面部清除术联合红蓝光治疗仪治疗面部痤疮的临床效果及安全性

目的 分析痤疮面部清除术联合红蓝光治疗仪治疗面部痤疮的效果及安全性。方法 选取2021年5月-2022年10月我院收治的88例面部痤疮患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为联合组和对照组,每组44例。对照组实施痤疮面部清除术,联合组采用痤疮面部清除术联合红蓝光治疗仪,比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、GAGS评分、皮损症状积分和心理状态。结果 联合组治疗后GAGS评分低于对照组（P ＜0.05）;联合组治疗后皮损症状积分均低于对照组（P ＜0.05）;联合组治疗后SDS和SAS评分均低于对照组（P ＜0.05）;两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论 采用痤疮面部清除术联合红蓝光治疗仪治疗面部痤疮能够提高临床效果,改善患者皮肤问题,减轻其不良情绪,是一种安全性较高的治疗方案。

Clinical Effect and Safety of Facial Acne Clearance Technique Combined with Red and Blue Light Therapeutic Instrument in the Treatment of Facial Acne

Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of facial acne clearance technique combined with red and blue lighttherapeutic instrument in the treatment of facial acne. Methods A total of 88 patients with facial acne admitted to our hospital fromMay 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into combined group and control group accordingto the random number table method, with 44 patients in each group. The control group was treated with facial acne clearancetechnique, and the combined group was treated with facial acne clearance technique combined with red and blue light therapeuticinstrument. The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions, GAGS score, skin lesion symptom score and psychological state were comparedbetween the two groups. Results After treatment, the GAGS score of the combined group was lower than that of the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of skin lesion symptoms in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of SDS and SAS in the combined group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion Facial acneclearance technique combined with red and blue light therapeutic instrument can improve the clinical effect of facial acne, improvethe skin problems of patients, reduce their bad mood, and is a safe treatment plan.
