| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨麻醉深度监测在整形美容外科麻醉中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年3月-2022年12月 于我院行整形美容手术的80例患者为研究对象，以随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组，各40例。所有患者 术中均采用全凭静脉麻醉，对照组术中根据麻醉者经验调节麻醉药物用量，试验组术中根据脑电双频谱指 数（BIS）监测结果调节麻醉药物用量，比较两组血流动力学指标、应激指标、苏醒时间及不良事件发生 情况。结果 试验组T1、T2、T3时段HR、MAP水平均优于对照组（P＜0.05）；试验组T1、T2、T3时E、 NE、Cor水平均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；试验组睁眼时间、语言指令反应恢复时间、定向力恢复时间均短 于对照组（P＜0.05）；试验组不良事件发生率为5.00%，低于对照组的20.00%（P＜0.05）。结论 麻醉深度 监测在整形美容外科麻醉中的应用效果确切，可维持围术期血流动力学的稳定性，减轻手术应激反应，加 快患者术后苏醒速度，有利于降低不良事件发生几率。

| Institution: | Objective To explore the application effect of anesthesia depth monitoring in plastic and cosmetic surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent cosmetic surgery in our hospital from March 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. All patients were given total intravenous anesthesia during operation. The dosage of anesthetic drugs was adjusted according to the experience of the anesthesiologist in the control group, and the dosage of anesthetic drugs was adjusted according to the monitoring results of bispectral index (BIS) in the experimental group. The hemodynamic indexes, stress indexes, recovery time and adverse events were compared between the two groups.
