延伸护理实施在小儿肺炎护理中的作用

【摘要】目的：在小儿肺炎护理中实施延伸护理，并分析其护理价值。方法：选取2020年4月-2022年4月，在我院治疗的82例小儿肺炎患儿。按照随机分组原则，将其分为两组，每组41例。对照组患儿应用常规护理，观察组患儿在对照组基础上，对患儿开展延伸护理。比较两组患儿的病情恢复情况、家属护理满意度以及患儿心理健康、生活质量。结果：与对照组患儿比较，观察组患儿经干预后气喘、咳嗽、体温恢复等时间均更短，差异明显（P＜0.05）；经干预后，观察组患儿家属对护理工作的总满意率评价结果为97.56%，对照组为82.93%，差异明显（P＜0.05）；观察组患儿护理后的SCARED 评分更低，生活质量评分更高，与对照组比较均差异明显（P＜0.05）。结论：在小儿肺炎护理中实施延伸护理能够促进患儿病情恢复，改善患儿心理健康水平及生活质量，患儿家属对护理工作的满意度更高，实施效果良好，值得推广。

The role of extended care implementation in pediatric pneumonia care

[Abstract] Objective: To implement extended nursing in pediatric pneumonia nursing, and analyze its nursing value. Methods: A total of 82 children with pediatric pneumonia treated in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected. According to the principle of randomization, the patients were divided into two groups with 41 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received extended nursing on the basis of the control group. The condition recovery, nursing satisfaction of family members, mental health and quality of life of children in the two groups were compared. Results: Compared with the control group, the recovery time of asthma, cough and body temperature in the observation group was shorter after intervention, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). After intervention, the total satisfaction rate of the families of the children in the observation group was 97.56%, and that in the control group was 82.93%, the difference was significant (P < 0.05). The SCARED score was lower and the quality of life score was higher in the observation group after nursing, and the difference was significant compared with the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of extended nursing in pediatric pneumonia care can promote the recovery of children''s disease, improve the level of mental health and quality of life of children, children''s families have higher satisfaction with nursing work, the implementation effect is good, worthy of promotion.
