改良非创伤性充填技术对小儿龋齿的治疗效果

目的 探讨采用改良非创伤性充填技术治疗小儿龋齿的临床效果。方法 选取2021年11月-2022年11月我院收治的100例龋齿患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组50例。对照组采用常规充填治疗术治疗,试验组采用非创伤性充填技术治疗,比较两组治疗配合度、咬合功能、疼痛程度。结果 试验组治疗配合度、患齿咬合功能评分、疼痛程度评分均优于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论 采用改良非创伤性充填技术治疗小儿龋齿,能够提高治疗效果,提升患儿在治疗期间的配合度,降低患儿的不良感受,减少口腔致病细菌及牙周炎症的发生几率,改善患儿的不适感和疼痛度,临床应用效果确切。

The Therapeutic Effect of Modified Non-traumatic Filling Technique on Dental Caries in Children

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified non-traumatic filling technique in the treatment of dentalcaries in children. Methods A total of 100 children with dental caries admitted to our hospital from November 2021 to November2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number tablemethod, with 50 children in each group. The control group was treated with conventional filling therapy, and the experimental groupwas treated with non-traumatic filling technique. The treatment coordination, occlusal function and pain degree of the two groupswere compared. Results The scores of treatment coordination, occlusal function and pain degree in the experimental group werebetter than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The use of modified non-invasive filling technology in the treatmentof children with dental caries can improve the therapeutic effect, improve the cooperation of children during treatment, reduce theadverse feelings, reduce the incidence of oral pathogenic bacteria and periodontal inflammation, and improve the discomfort andpain levels. The clinical application effect is definite.
