| 摘 要： | 目的 分析社会支持模式对异位妊娠患者负性情绪及手术切口美观度的影响。方法 选择2021年 3月-2022年6月南京市妇幼保健院收治的110例异位妊娠患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组 55例。患者均接受腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予社会支持模式, 比较两组负性情绪及手术切口美观度。结果 观察组干预后SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）; 观察组PSAS各项评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对异位妊娠患者开展社会支持模式可有效改善其负 性情绪,有利于减轻瘢痕情况,提高切口美观度。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the effect of social support model on negative emotion and surgical incision aesthetics in patients with ectopic pregnancy. Methods A total of 110 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to Nanjing Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from March 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 55 patients in each group. All patients were treated with laparoscopic surgery. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given social support mode on the basis of the control group. The negative emotions and incision aesthetics of the two groups were compared.
