综合护理干预在轻中度痤疮患者果酸换肤治疗中的应用效果

目的 探究在轻中度痤疮患者果酸换肤治疗中应用综合护理干预的效果。方法 选择2022 年2月-12月于我院行果酸换肤治疗的80例轻中度痤疮患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和试验组，各40 例。对照组采用常规护理干预，试验组采用综合护理干预，比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、生 存质量、心理状况及护理满意度。结果 试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组（ P ＜0.05）；试验组不良反应发 生率低于对照组（ P ＜0.05）；试验组干预后生理领域、心理领域、环境领域及社会关系评分均高于对照组 （ P ＜0.05）；试验组护理后SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组（ P ＜0.05）；试验组护理满意度高于对照组 （ P ＜0.05）。结论 综合护理干预在轻中度痤疮患者果酸换肤治疗中的应用效果确切，可提高果酸换肤治 疗效果，降低不良反应发生几率，改善患者的生存质量及心理状况，且患者对护理服务的满意度较高。

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Mild to Moderate Acne Patients Treated with Glycolic Acid Peels

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in mild to moderate acne patients treated with glycolic acid peels. Methods From February to December 2022, 80 patients with mild to moderate acne treated with glycolic acid peels in our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention. The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions, quality of life, psychological status and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group ( P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group ( P <0.05). After intervention, the scores of physiological field, psychological field, environmental field and social relationship in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05). The SAS score and SDS score of the experimental group after nursing were lower than those of the control group ( P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has a definite effect in mild to moderate acne patients treated with glycolic acid peels, which can improve the effect of glycolic acid peels, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve the quality of life and psychological status, and patients have higher satisfaction with nursing services.
