ERAS 护理模式在剖宫产产妇切口美容中的应用

目的 分析ERAS护理模式在剖宫产产妇切口美容中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年1月在南京市妇幼保健院进行分娩的产妇200例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组100例。对照组实施常规护理，观察术组实施ERAS护理模式。比较两组产妇的临床指标、产后并发症发生情况、切口瘢痕情况（PSAS）。结果 观察组肛门排气时间、住院时间以及首次下床活动时间均短于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组产后并发症的发生次数少于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组PSAS评分高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论 ERAS护理模式在剖宫产产妇中的应用，有利于提升产妇住院期间的临床指标，降低并发症发生率，促进了切口美观度提升。

Application of ERAS Nursing Mode in Cesarean Section Incision Aesthetics

Objective To analyze the application effect of ERAS nursing mode in cesarean section incision aesthetics. MethodsA total of 200 pregnant women who gave birth in Nanjing Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2021 to January2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number tablemethod, with 100 pregnant women in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group receivedERAS nursing mode. The clinical indicators, postpartum complications and incision scar (PSAS) were compared between thetwo groups. Results The anal exsufflation time, hospitalization time and the first time to get out of bed in the observation groupwere shorter than those in the control group (P <0.05). The number of postpartum complications in the observation group wasless than that in the control group (P <0.05). The PSAS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The application of ERAS nursing mode in cesarean section parturients can improve the clinical indicators ofparturients during hospitalization, reduce the incidence of complications, and promote the improvement of incision aesthetics.
