口腔种植修复治疗在牙列缺损中的应用效果

目的 探究口腔种植修复治疗在牙列缺损中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年10月我院收治的80例牙列缺损患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组接受常规修复治疗，观察组接受口腔种植修复治疗，比较两组临床疗效、并发症发生率，同时比较两组治疗前及治疗后咀嚼功能、美学评分。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%，高于对照组的77.50%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为7.50%，低于对照组的27.50%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后咬合力、咀嚼效率均高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后WES评分、PES评分以及总分均高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 口腔种植修复治疗应用于牙列缺损患者中可以有效改善其咀嚼功能，取得较高的美学效果，提高治疗效果，且并发生发生率较低，值得临床应用。

Application Effect of Oral Implant Repair in Dentition Defect

Objective To explore the application effect of oral implant repair in dentition defect. Methods A total of 80 patients with dentition defect admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine repair treatment, and the observation group received oral implant repair treatment. The clinical efficacy and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. The chewing function and aesthetic scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%, which was higher than 77.50% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.50%, which was lower than 27.50% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The bite force and chewing efficiency of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The WES score, PES score and total score of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Oral implant repair treatment can effectively improve the chewing function of patients with dentition defect, achieve higher aesthetic effect and treatment effect, and the incidence rate is low, which is worthy of clinical application.
