火针联合艾拉光动力治疗中重度痤疮的效果

目的 探讨火针联合艾拉光动力治疗中重度痤疮的临床效果和安全性。方法 选取2022年3月-2023年3月在我院就诊的中重度痤疮患者30例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组15例。对照组采用常规药物治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上采用火针联合艾拉光动力治疗，比较两组皮损减少率、临床疗效、皮肤美观度、皮损积分、不良反应及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组治疗后皮损减少率高于对照组，皮损积分高于对照组，治疗总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应及并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组皮肤平滑度、色泽度、弹性度评分均高于对照组，美观度改善率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 火针联合艾拉光动力治疗中重度痤疮具有良好的临床效果和安全性，能够有效改善患者的皮肤状况和生活质量，值得临床应用。

Effect of Heated Needle Combined with ALA Photodynamic Therapy on Moderate to Severe Acne

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of heated needle combined with ALA photodynamic therapy on moderate to severe acne. Methods Thirty patients with moderate to severe acne who were treated in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 15 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional drugs, and the observation group was treated with fire needle combined with ALA photodynamic therapy on the basis of the control group. The skin lesion reduction rate, clinical efficacy, skin aesthetics, skin lesion score, adverse reactions and complications were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the reduction rate of skin lesions in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the skin lesion score was higher than that in the control group, and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions and complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of skin smoothness, color and elasticity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the improvement rate of aesthetics was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Heated needle combined with ALA photodynamic therapy has good clinical effect and safety in the treatment of moderate to severe acne, and can effectively improve the skin condition and quality of life of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
