摘    要:目的 基于CBCT影像的新图像配准技术在颞下颌关节疾病诊疗的流程,并对其可靠性进行评价。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年1月于本院行正颌手术治疗的34例患者为研究对象,采集患者术前术后锥形束CT(CBCT)图像,在开源软件(3D Slicer)中,运用基于体素的图像配准技术,测量髁突的位置和形态学变化,并采用同类相关系数(ICC)对该方法的稳定性进行评估。结果 髁突轴向旋转的ICC为0.976,轴向平移的ICC为0.984,表面变化测量的ICC为0.947。结论 基于CBCT图像新配准技术在测量髁突旋转、位移和形态变化方面具有很大的稳定性,为颞下颌关节疾病的诊疗提供了可靠的评估。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the reliability of a new image registration technique based on CBCT images in the diagnosis and treatment of temporomandibular joint diseases. Methods The preoperative and postoperative cone beam CT (CBCT) images of 34 patients who underwent orthognathic surgery in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected. In the open source software (3D Slicer), the voxel-based image registration technique was used to measure the position and morphological changes of the condyle, and the stability of the method was evaluated by the same type of correlation coefficient (ICC). Results The ICC of axial rotation was 0.976, the ICC of axial translation was 0.984, and the ICC of surface change was 0.947. Conclusion The new registration technique based on CBCT images has great stability in measuring condylar rotation, displacement and morphological changes, which provides a reliable evaluation for the diagnosis and treatment of temporomandibular joint diseases.
