无托槽隐形矫治器与自锁托槽在正畸治疗初始阶段疼痛感的对比研究

目的 比较采用无托槽隐形矫治器与自锁托槽进行矫治的正畸治疗患者初始阶段的疼痛程度。 方法 选取2019年4月-2022年12月在贵港市人民医院口腔科接受正畸治疗的50例患者为研究对象，随 机分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用自锁托槽，研究组采用无托槽隐形，比较两组治疗后4 h、12 h、 24 h、3 d、5 d、7 d的疼痛程度及溃疡发生情况。结果 两组治疗后均出现疼痛，疼痛在12~24 h达到高峰， 3 d后逐渐减轻；研究组6个观测时间段疼痛强度均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0.05）；研究组溃 疡发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0.05）。结论 在正畸治疗的初始阶段两种矫治器都会产生 疼痛不适，但使用无托槽隐形矫治器的患者疼痛感及溃疡发生率更低。

A Comparative Study of Pain Degree Between Invisible Orthodontic Treatment Without Brackets and Self-ligating Bracket in the Initial Stage of Orthodontic Treatment

Objective To compare the degree of pain between invisible orthodontic treatment without brackets and selfligating bracket in the initial stage of orthodontic treatment. Methods A total of 50 patients who received orthodontic treatment in the Department of Stomatology of Guigang People''s Hospital from April 2019 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and study group. The control group was treated with self-ligating brackets, and the study group was treated with invisible orthodontic treatment without brackets. The pain degree and ulcer occurrence at 4 h, 12 h, 24 h, 3 d, 5 d and 7 d after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Pain occurred in both groups after treatment, peaked at 12-24 h, and gradually decreased after 3 d. The pain intensity of the study group was lower than that of the control group at 6 time periods, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). The incidence of ulcer in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion In the initial stage of orthodontic treatment, both appliances will produce pain and discomfort, but the incidence of pain and ulcer in patients with invisible orthodontic treatment without brackets is lower.
