复方木尼孜其颗粒联合氨甲环酸片及积雪苷霜软膏治疗女性黄褐斑的临床效果

目的 探讨复方木尼孜其颗粒联合氨甲环酸及积雪苷霜软膏在女性黄褐斑患者中的临床应用效 果。方法 选取我院2017年1月-2019年12月收治的116例女性黄褐斑患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分 为对照组与试验组，每组58例。试验组给予复方木尼孜其颗粒+氨甲环酸+积雪苷软膏，对照组给予氨甲 环酸片+积雪苷软膏，比较两组临床疗效及生活质量。结果 试验组治疗总有效率为93.10%，高于对照组的 79.31%（ P ＜0.05）；试验组生活质量评分高于对照组（ P ＜0.05）。结论 复方木尼孜其颗粒联合氨甲环酸 片及积雪苷软膏治疗黄褐斑的效果确切，安全性高，能够提高患者生活质量，值得临床应用。

Clinical Effect of Compound Muniziqi Granules Combined with Tranexamic Acid Tablets and Centella Triterpenes Cream in the Treatment of Female Chloasma

Objective To investigate the application effect of compound Muniziqi granules combined with tranexamic acid and centella triterpenes cream in female patients with chloasma. Method A total of 116 female chloasma patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method, with 58 patients in each group. The experimental group was given compound muniziqi granules+tranexamic acid+centella triterpenes cream, while the control group was given tranexamic acid tablets+centella triterpenes cream. The clinical efficacy and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.10%, which was higher than 79.31% of the control group ( P <0.05). The quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion Compound Muniziqi granule combined with tranexamic acid tablets and centella triterpenes cream is effective and safe in the treatment of chloasma, which can improve the quality of life of patients and is worthy of clinical application.
