| 摘 要： | 我们报道一例以低促性腺激素性性腺功能减退症为首发症状的遗传性血色病1例患者的诊治经过和结局。结合文献复习,提高临床医生对此病的认识。

| Abstract: | Based on literatures review and diagnosis and treatment of a patient with hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (HH), the protocol of diagnosis and treatment and prognosis were analyzed. The case of male HH was seeking medical help due to reduced libido and erectile dysfunction. With this case, we aim to raise awareness of hypogonadotropic hypogonadism in patients with congenital hemochromatosis. |
