学龄前儿童体质指数与乳牙龋病的相关性

目的 探究学龄前儿童体质指数与乳牙龋病的相关性。方法 回顾性分析2021年1月-7月于新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院口腔科门诊就诊的180例龋齿患儿的相关资料，计算体质指数（BMI）值，评价生长发育水平、营养状况，同时进行口腔检查，分析BMI指数与龋病之间的相关性。结果 不同年龄患儿中各BMI标准的龋失补牙数、龋失补牙面数比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；不同BMI标准患儿中BIM标准为优良的患儿的龋失补牙数、龋失补牙面数高于瘦和标准，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 儿童乳牙龋与生长发育的关系密切，应尽快采取综合措施预防。

Correlation Between Body Mass Index and Deciduous Teeth Caries in Preschool Children

Objective To explore the correlation between body mass index and deciduous teeth caries in preschool children. Methods The relevant data of 180 children with dental caries who were treated in the Department of Stomatology, People ''s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from January to July 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. The body mass index ( BMI ) value was calculated, the growth and development level and nutritional status were evaluated, and oral examination was performed to analyze the correlation between BMI index and dental caries. Results There was no signifcant diference in the number of decay missing flling tooth and the number of decayed missing or flled surfaces in diferent age groups with diferent BMI standards (P>0.05). Among the children with diferent BMI standards, the number of decay missing flling tooth and the number of decayed missing or flled surfaces in the children with excellent BIM standard were higher than those in the thin and standard, and the diference was statistically signifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion The caries of deciduous teeth in children is closely related to growth and development, and comprehensive measures should be taken as soon as possible to prevent it.
