显微根管治疗术联合超声技术在不可逆性牙髓炎中的应用效果

目的 探究显微根管治疗术联合超声技术治疗不可逆性牙髓炎的效果。方法 选取2022年 1月-2023年1月我院收治的60例不可逆性牙髓炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为联合组和常规 组,各30例。联合组采取显微根管治疗术联合超声技术治疗,常规组采取常规根管治疗,比较两组生活质 量评分、语言功能和咀嚼功能评分、治疗时间和麻醉起效时间及并发症发生率。结果 联合组生活质量各 项指标评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0.05）;联合组咀嚼功能以及语言功能评分均高于对照 组,差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0.05）;联合组治疗时间长于常规组,麻醉起效时间短于常规组,差异有统计 学意义（ P ＜0.05）;联合组并发症发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0.05）。结论 显微根管治 疗术联合超声技术治疗不可逆性牙髓炎的效果确切,能够促进患者咀嚼功能以及语言功能恢复,缩短麻醉 时间,降低并发症发生率,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床应用。

Application Effect of Micro Root Canal Therapy Combined with Ultrasonic Technique in Irreversible Pulpitis

Objective To explore the effect of micro root canal therapy combined with ultrasonic technique in the treatment of irreversible pulpitis. Methods A total of 60 patients with irreversible pulpitis admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into combined group and conventional group by random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The combined group was treated with micro root canal therapy combined with ultrasonic technique, and the conventional group was treated with conventional root canal therapy. The quality of life score, language function and masticatory function score, treatment time and anesthesia onset time and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of quality of life in the combined group were higher than those in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). The scores of masticatory function and language function in the combined group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05). The treatment time of the combined group was longer than that of the conventional group, and the onset time of anesthesia was shorter than that of the conventional group, the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the combined group was lower than that in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion Micro root canal therapy combined with ultrasound technology is effective in the treatment of irreversible pulpitis, which can promote the recovery of masticatory function and language function, shorten the anesthesia time, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the quality of life of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
