全面护理干预在小儿荨麻疹中的应用效果

目的 探讨全面护理干预在小儿荨麻疹中的应用效果。方法 选择我院2021年3月-2023年3月收 治的34例荨麻疹患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组17例。对照组给予常规 护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予全面护理干预,比较两组护理效果、时间指标及护理满意度。结果 观察组护理总有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的76.47%,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组护理满意 度为100.00%,高于对照组的70.59%,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组瘙痒消退时间、红肿消退时 间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 全面护理干预在小儿荨麻疹中的应用 效果确切,可提高护理质量,改善患儿的临床症状,缩短症状消退时间及住院时间,且患儿家属对护理工 作的满意度较高,值得临床应用。

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Children with Urticaria

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in children with urticaria. Methods A total of 34 children with urticaria admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects.
