臭氧穴位注射联合脉冲射频治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床价值

目的 研究臭氧穴位注射+脉冲射频用于治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的价值。方法 选取2021年3月-2022年6月我院收治的110例状疱疹后遗神经痛患者,以随机数字表法分为参照组（n=55）和治疗组（n=55）。参照组给予臭氧穴位注射治疗,治疗组给予臭氧穴位注射与联合脉冲射频治疗,比较两组VAS、PSQI及LSI-B评分、临床疗效。结果 治疗组VAS评分、PSQI评分低于参照组,LSI-B评分、治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 臭氧穴位注射联合脉冲射频治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者,有助于减轻疼痛程度,提高患者生活质量和睡眠质量,治疗效果确切,值得临床应用。

Clinical Value of Ozone Acupoint Injection Combined with Pulsed Radiofrequency in the Treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia

Objective To study the value of ozone acupoint injection+pulsed radiofrequency in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods A total of 110 patients with postherpetic neuralgia admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into reference group (n=55) and treatment group (n=55) by random number table method. The reference group was treated with ozone acupoint injection, and the treatment group was treated with ozone acupoint injection combined with pulsed radiofrequency. The VAS, PSQI and LSI-B scores and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS score and the PSQI score of the treatment group was lower than that of the reference group, and the LSI-B score and total effective rate of treatment were higher than those of the reference group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Ozone acupoint injection combined with pulsed radiofrequency therapy is helpful to reduce the pain degree of patients with postherpetic neuralgia and improve patients'' quality of life and sleep. The therapeutic effect is accurate and worthy of clinical application.
