摘    要:目的 探讨不同修复金属材料对口腔修复患者牙周指标和龈沟液炎性指标的影响。方法 选取 2020年9月-2022年9月我院收治的82例口腔修复患者,按照随机数字表法分为参比组和试验组,各41例。 参比组给予镍铬合金材料进行口腔修复,试验组给予钴铬合金材料进行口腔修复,比较两组牙周指标、龈 沟液炎性指标和半年内修复成功率。结果 试验组修复后牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数、菌斑指数均低于参比 组(P<0.05);试验组修复后白细胞介素-6、基质金属蛋白酶-2低于参比组(P<0.05);试验组半年内 修复成功率为97.56%,略高于参比组的90.24%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 对于口腔修复患 者,应用镍铬合金材料与钴铬合金材料均可起到一定的修复作用,但后者效果更佳,能够改善牙周指标, 减少牙周刺激,减轻龈沟液炎性反应,利于口腔健康恢复。

Effect of Different Restorative Metal Materials on Periodontal Indexes and Inflammatory Indexes of Gingival Crevicular Fluid in Patients Undergoing Prosthodontic Surgery

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of different restorative metal materials on periodontal indexes and inflammatory indexes of gingival crevicular fluid in patients undergoing prosthodontic surgery. Methods A total of 82 patients who underwent prosthodontic surgery were admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to September 2022 and divided into reference group and experimental group according to the random number table method, with 41 patients in each group. The reference group was given nickel-chromium alloy for prosthodontic surgery, and the experimental group was given cobalt-chromium alloy materials for prosthodontic surgery. The periodontal indexes, gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory indexes and the success rate of repair within half a year were compared between the two groups. Results After repair, the gingival index, gingival sulcus bleeding index and plaque index of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group (P<0.05). After repair, interleukin-6 and matrix metalloproteinase-2 in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group (P<0.05). The success rate of repair in the experimental group was 97.56% within half a year, which was slightly higher than 90.24% in the reference group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion For patients with prosthodontic surgery, the application of nickel-chromium alloy materials and cobalt-chromium alloy materials can play a certain repair role, but the latter effect is better, which can improve periodontal indicators, reduce periodontal stimulation, reduce gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory reaction, and is conducive to oral health recovery.
