| 摘 要： | 早期转移是胰腺癌预后差的重要因素之一。对胰腺癌患者准确的分期评估，及早发现腹腔转移，最大程度避免非必要手术创伤，尽早开展术前新辅助治疗和转化治疗，为根治性切除创造条件，能较大程度提高Ⅳ期患者预后。然而，目前各项检验、检查手段对胰腺癌腹腔转移的诊断效能并不令人满意。本文从影像学检查、实验室检查、联合评估等方面，对近年来相关研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Early metastasis is one of the important factors of poor prognosis of pancreatic cancer. Accurate evaluation of pancreatic cancer patients, early detection of abdominal metastasis, the greatest extent to avoid unnecessary surgical trauma, early preoperative neoadjuvant therapy and conversion therapy, to create conditions for radical resection, can significantly improve the prognosis of stage IV patients. However, the current diagnostic and testing methods are not satisfactory for the diagnosis of peritoneal metastasis of pancreatic cancer. This paper reviews the relevant research progress in recent years from the aspects of imaging examination, laboratory examination and joint evaluation. |
