摘    要:目的 探究在线开放课程教学在高职学生性健康教育中的应用效果。方法 对我校2020年1月自愿 参加线上课程学习的1025名学生发放“青少年性心理量表”,而后进行为期3个月的系统线上课程学习,于 学习前后用同一套试卷进行测试,应用测试成绩比较学习前后性知识获取情况。课程结束后发起主题讨论, 探究学生学习性知识后对性态度及对性自我保护方面的影响;同时发放课程满意度调查问卷,以了解学生对 采取在线开放课程形式学习性健康知识的满意度。结果 研究对象获取性健康知识途径是多样的,其中排名 前3的是:网络、小说、电视等媒体;学生在开展线上学习前有一定的性知识,但性态度、性行为和性自我 概念方面有待提高;通过3个月在线开放课程学习,学生性知识获取率得到提高;学习结束后性知识考核成 绩高于学习前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);绝大部分学生对在线开放课程进行性健康教育的教学模式 表示满意,愿意继续学习。结论 在线开放课程教学在高职学生性健康教育中的应用效果确切,有效提高了 学生的性知识获取率,影响了学生的性态度和性自我概念,且学生乐于接受,教学效果较好。

Application of Online Open Course Teaching in Sexual Health Education of Higher Vocational Students

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of online open course teaching in sexual health education of higher vocational students. Methods In January 2020, 1025 students who volunteered to participate in online courses in our school were given the "Adolescent Sexual Psychology Scale", and then a three-month systematic online course study was conducted. The same set of test papers were tested before and after learning, and the test results were used to compare the acquisition of sexual knowledge before and after learning. After the end of the course, a thematic discussion was initiated to explore the influence of students '' sexual attitude and sexual self-protection after learning sexual knowledge. At the same time, a course satisfaction questionnaire was issued to understand students'' satisfaction with learning sexual health knowledge in the form of online open courses. Results The subjects'' access to sexual health knowledge was diverse, among which the top three were Internet, novels, television and other media; students had certain sexual knowledge before online learning, but their sexual attitude, sexual behavior and sexual self-concept needed to be improved. Through 3 months of online open course learning, students'' access to sexual knowledge was improved; the scores of sexual knowledge assessment after learning were higher than those before learning, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The vast majority of students were satisfied with the teaching mode of sexual health education in online open courses and were willing to continue learning. Conclusion The application effect of online open course teaching in sexual health education of higher vocational students is definite, which effectively improves the acquisition rate of students'' sexual knowledge, affects students'' sexual attitude and sexual self-concept, and students are willing to accept it, with good teaching effect.
