| 摘 要： | 当归补血汤作为补气生血的经典中药名方,具有促进造血、保护肾组织、调节免疫、抗纤维化、抗肿瘤及抗抑郁等作用。作者检索了近15年关于当归补血汤促进造血功能的研究文献,概括总结了当归补血汤的化学成分,并从促进造血干细胞和外周血细胞的形成、抑制造血干细胞衰老、改善骨髓造血微环境、调节肠道菌群、免疫系统以及髓外器官造血等方面综述当归补血汤对造血系统的影响,以期为当归补血汤的临床应用提供科学依据。
