精细化护理在ALA光动力治疗中重度痤疮中的应用

目的 探究精细化护理在氨基酮戊酸（ALA）光动力治疗重度痤疮中的效果。方法 选取2021年 1月-2022年10月于我院接受ALA光动力治疗的60例中重度痤疮患者作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为两 组，各30例。对照组给予常规护理，试验组给予精细化护理，比较两组生活质量、不良情绪、护理满意度 以及不良反应发生情况。结果 试验组不良反应发生率为3.33%，低于对照组的6.67%，但差异无统计学意义 （P＞0.05）；试验组护理后抑郁、焦虑程度评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；试验组生活质量评分高于对照 组（P＜0.05）；试验组满意度为93.33%，高于对照组的73.33%（P＜0.05）。结论 在ALA光动力治疗中重度 痤疮中采用精细化护理有助于改善患者不良情绪，提高生活质量和护理满意度，值得临床应用。

Application of Refined Nursing in ALA Photodynamic Therapy for Moderate to Severe Acne

Objective To explore the effect of refined nursing in the treatment of severe acne with aminolevulinic acid (ALA) photodynamic therapy. Methods A total of 60 patients with moderate to severe acne who received ALA photodynamic therapy in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given refined nursing. The quality of life, bad mood, nursing satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 3.33%, which was lower than 6.67% in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The scores of depression and anxiety in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the experimental group was 93.33%, which was higher than 73.33% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of refined nursing in ALA photodynamic therapy for moderate to severe acne can help improve patients'' bad mood, improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
