双层瓦合眼轮匝肌肌瓣法行眼袋切除术的临床效果

目的 分析在眼袋切除术患者治疗期间采用双层瓦合眼轮匝肌肌瓣的临床效果。方法 选择2021年5月-2022年5月于我院接受眼袋切除术的84例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组42例。对照组采用传统下睑皮肤入路治疗,研究组采用双层瓦合眼轮匝肌肌瓣治疗,比较两组临床疗效、美学评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为97.62%,高于对照组的83.33%（P＜0.05）;研究组治疗后美学评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）;研究组不良反应发生率为2.38%,低于对照组的16.67%（P＜0.05）。结论 双层瓦合眼轮匝肌肌瓣法行眼袋切除术效果确切,术后美观度较高,且不会增加不良反应发生几率,值得临床应用。

Clinical Effect of Double Tile Orbicularis Oculi Muscle Flap Method for Pouch Resection

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of double tile orbicularis oculi muscle flap method for pouch resection. Methods A total of 84 patients who underwent pouch resection in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and study group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional lower eyelid skin approach, and the study group was treated with double tile orbicularis oculi muscle flap method. The clinical efficacy, aesthetic score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.62%, which was higher than 83.33% in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the aesthetic score of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 2.38%, which was lower than 16.67% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The double tile orbicularis oculi muscle flap method is effective in pouch resection, with high postoperative aesthetics, and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical application.
