口腔正畸治疗上前牙埋伏阻生的临床效果

目的 探讨对上前牙埋伏阻生患者采用口腔正畸治疗的临床效果。方法 选取鄠邑区秦渡中心卫 生院2020年1月-2022年10月收治的56例上前牙埋伏阻生患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为常规组 与研究组，各28例。常规组予以外科导萌手术治疗，研究组予以口腔正畸治疗，比较两组临床疗效、 咀嚼功能、不良反应发生情况及治疗满意度。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为96.43%，高于常规组的 78.57%（P＜0.05）；研究组治疗后咀嚼效率、咬合力均高于常规组（P＜0.05）；研究组不良反应 发生率为3.57%，低于常规组的28.57%（P＜0.05）；研究组治疗满意度为96.43%，高于常规组的 75.00%（P＜0.05）。结论 对上前牙埋伏阻生患者采用口腔正畸治疗的效果理想，可有效改善患者的咀嚼 功能，且治疗后不良反应发生风险较低，治疗满意度较高。

Clinical Effect of Tazarotene and Betamethasone Dipropionate Cream in the Treatment of Chronic Plaque Psoriasis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of orthodontic treatment for patients with impacted anterior teeth. Methods A total of 56 patients with impacted upper anterior teeth admitted to Qindu Central Health Center of Huyi District from January 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into routine group and study group by random number table method, with 28 cases in each group. The routine group was treated with surgical artifical eruption, and the study group was treated with orthodontic treatment. The clinical efficacy, chewing function, adverse reactions and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.43%, which was higher than 78.57% in the routine group (P<0.05). The chewing efficiency and bite force of the study group were higher than those of the routine group after treatment (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.57%, which was lower than 28.57% in the routine group (P<0.05). The treatment satisfaction of the study group was 96.43%, which was higher than 75.00% of the routine group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of orthodontic treatment on patients with impacted anterior teeth is ideal, which can effectively improve the chewing function of patients, and the risk of adverse reactions after treatment is low, the treatment satisfaction is high.
