烤瓷贴面与全瓷冠在前牙美容修复中的应用比较

目的 探究前牙美容修复中分别采用烤瓷贴面和全瓷冠的效果。方法 选取2019年1月-2021年1月 在我院进行前牙美容修复的50例患者作为研究对象，使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组 25例。对照组采用全瓷冠修复修复，观察组采用烤瓷贴面修复，比较两组修复优良率、美观度、 舒适度以及不同随访时间段的疼痛程度。结果 观察组修复优良率高于对照组，差异有统计学 意义（P＜0.05）；观察组修复后红色美学评分和白色美学评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义 （P＜0.05）；观察组修复后舒适度评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组修复 3、6和12个月后的视觉疼痛模拟评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在前牙美容修复 过程中，与全瓷冠修复相比，烤瓷贴面修复可以有效提高整体的修复优良率，提升患者前牙的美观度和舒 适度，减轻其疼痛程度，值得临床应用。

Application Comparison Between Porcelain Veneer and All-ceramic crown in the Cosmetic Repair of Anterior Teeth

Objective To explore the effect of porcelain veneer and all-ceramic crown in cosmetic repair of anterior teeth. Methods A total of 50 patients who underwent cosmetic repair of anterior teeth in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 25 patients in each group. The control group was repaired with all-ceramic crowns, and the observation group was repaired with porcelain veneers. The excellent and good rate of repair, aesthetics, comfort and pain degree in different follow-up periods were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of repair in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The pink esthetic score and white esthetic score of the observation group after repair were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The comfort score of the observation group after repair was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The visual pain simulation score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after 3,6 and 12 months of repair, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the process of cosmetic repair of anterior teeth, compared with all-ceramic crown repair, porcelain laminate veneer repair can effectively improve the overall repair rate, improve the aesthetics and comfort of anterior teeth, and reduce the degree of pain. It is worthy of clinical application.
