二氧化碳激光联合更昔洛韦治疗尖锐湿疣的临床效果

目的 探究二氧化碳激光联合更昔洛韦治疗尖锐湿疣的临床效果。方法 选择2021年6月-2022年 6月我院收治的80例尖锐湿疣患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组，每组40例。对照 组使用二氧化碳激光治疗，试验组使用二氧化碳激光联合更昔洛韦治疗，比较两组临床疗效、外周血T淋 巴细胞水平、不良反应发生情况、复发情况、满意度及生活质量。结果 试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组 （P ＜0.05）；试验组CD3+、CD4+、CD8+水平均高于对照组，CD4+/CD8+低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；试验 组不良反应发生率及复发率均低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；试验组满意度高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；试验组生 活质量各项评分均高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论 二氧化碳激光联合更昔洛韦治疗尖锐湿疣的效果确切， 可有效调节患者的免疫功能，降低不良反应发生几率，减少复发情况，有利于改善患者的生活质量，提高 治疗满意度。

Clinical Effect of Carbon Dioxide Laser Combined with Ganciclovir in the Treatment of Condyloma Acuminatum

Objective To explore the clinical effect of carbon dioxide laser combined with ganciclovir in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods A total of 80 patients with condyloma acuminatum admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with carbon dioxide laser, and the experimental group was treated with carbon dioxide laser combined with ganciclovir. The clinical efficacy, peripheral blood T lymphocyte level,adverse reactions, recurrence, satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of CD3+, CD4+ and CD8+ in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the CD4+/CD8+ was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Carbon dioxide laser combined with ganciclovir is effective in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum, which can effectively regulate the immune function of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, reduce recurrence, improve the quality of life, and improve treatment satisfaction.
