综合护理干预在假体植入隆胸术患者中的应用效果

目的 探讨综合护理干预在假体植入隆胸术患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年2月 于我院行假体置入隆胸术的80例患者为研究对象，根据入院时间不同分为对照组和观察组，每组 40例。对照组给予常规护理干预，观察组给予综合护理干预，比较两组护理效果、不良情绪、并 发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果 观察组护理总有效率为95.00%，高于对照组的77.50%（P＜0.05）；观 察组并发症发生率为10.00%，低于对照组的30.00%（P＜0.05）；观察组干预后SAS评分、SDS评分均低于 对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组对护理有效性、护理及时性、护理态度及健康宣教的满意度评分均高于对照 组（P＜0.05）。结论 综合护理干预在假体植入隆胸术患者中的应用效果确切，可及时消除患者的不良情 绪，减少并发症发生，同时还能有效提升护理效果，且患者对护理服务的满意度较高，值得临床应用。

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Patients Undergoing Breast Augmentation with Prosthesis Implantation

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients undergoing breast augmentation with prosthesis implantation. Methods From January 2022 to February 2023, 80 patients who underwent breast augmentation with prosthesis implantation in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the different admission time, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The nursing effect, bad mood, complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 95.00%, which was higher than 77.50% in the control group (P<0.05). The complication rate of the observation group was 10.00%, which was lower than 30.00% of the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction scores of nursing effectiveness, immediacy, nursing attitude and health education in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients undergoing breast augmentation with prosthesis implantation is effective, which can eliminate the patient''s bad mood in time, reduce complications, and effectively improve the nursing effect. Meanwhile, the patient''s satisfaction with the nursing service is high, which is worthy of clinical application.
