早期护理干预在烧伤患者中的应用效果

目的 探讨早期护理干预在烧伤患者中的效果。方法 选取2020年7月-2022年10月我院收治的36例烧伤患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组18例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用早期护理干预,比较两组负面情绪、降低疤痕发生率效果、护理满意度。结果 观察组干预后负面情绪评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）;观察组降低疤痕发生率总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）;观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论 在烧伤患者中开展早期护理干预,一方面可改善患者的负面情绪,另一方面可有效减少疤痕发生,患者对护理的满意度较高,有较为理想的临床应用价值。

Application Effect of Early Nursing Intervention in Burn Patients

Objective To explore the effect of early nursing intervention in burn patients. Methods Thirty-six burn patientsadmitted to our hospital from July 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into controlgroup and observation group by random number table method, with 18 patients in each group. The control group was given routinenursing, and the observation group was given early nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The negative emotions,the effect of reducing the incidence of scars, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Thenegative emotion score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after intervention, and the difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.05). The total effective rate of reducing the incidence of scars in the observation group was higher thanthat in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation groupwas higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion For burn patients,early nursing intervention can improve the negative emotions of patients, and can effectively reduce the occurrence of scars,meanwhile the patients have higher satisfaction with nursing, which has ideal clinical application value.
