无托槽矫治技术在口腔正畸治疗中的应用效果

目的 分析无托槽矫治技术在口腔正畸治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取银川市口腔医院2020年 9月-2022年2月收治的64例口腔正畸患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组32例。 对照组给予传统固定矫治手术治疗,观察组给予无托槽矫治技术治疗,比较两组正畸治疗情况、咀嚼功 能、治疗满意度和牙周指数。结果 观察组转牙扶正时间、倾斜牙扶正时间、正畸治疗完成时间均短于对照 组（ P ＜0.05）;观察组咀嚼效率和咬合力均优于对照组（ P ＜0.05）;观察组语言功能、美观舒适、便捷 性评分均高于对照组（ P ＜0.05）;观察组PLI、SBI、GI及SPD指数均优于对照组（ P ＜0.05）。结论 无托 槽矫治技术在口腔正畸治疗中的应用效果确切,可有效提升正畸效果和患者满意度,改善患者咀嚼功能, 且不会给患者牙周带来明显损害,有利于保护其牙周健康。

Application Effect of Bracketless Orthodontic Technique in Orthodontic Treatment

Objective To analyze the application effect of bracketless orthodontic technique in orthodontic treatment. Methods A total of 64 orthodontic patients admitted to Yinchuan Stomatological Hospital from September 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 32 patients in each group. The control group was treated with traditional fixed orthodontic surgery, and the observation group was treated with bracketless orthodontic technology. The orthodontic treatment, chewing function, treatment satisfaction and periodontal index were compared between the two groups. Results The time of turning teeth, tilted teeth and orthodontic treatment in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group ( P <0.05). The masticatory efficiency and bite force of the observation group were better than those of the control group ( P <0.05). The scores of language function, beauty, comfort and convenience in the observation group were higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05). The PLI, SBI, GI and SPD indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion The treatment of orthodontic patients with bracketless orthodontic treatment is helpful to improve the clinical treatment effect and patient satisfaction, improve the masticatory efficiency of patients, and will not cause obvious damage to the patients'' periodontal health. It is worthy of clinical application.
