健脾祛风止痒汤治疗脾虚湿蕴型荨麻疹的效果

目的 探讨健脾祛风止痒汤治疗脾虚湿蕴型荨麻疹的临床效果。方法 选取2017年12月-2022年10月我院收治的72例脾虚湿蕴型荨麻疹患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组及研究组,各36例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合口服健脾祛风止痒汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、临床症状评分、复发率与生活质量改善情况。结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;两组治疗后临床症状各项评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;两组治疗后生活质量各项评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;研究组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 健脾祛风止痒汤治疗脾虚湿蕴型荨麻疹患者的效果确切,可有效缓解临床症状,改善患者的生活质量,且复发率较低。

Effect of Jianpi Qufeng Zhiyang Decoction in the Treatment of Urticaria with Spleen Deficiency and Dampness Accumulation Type

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jianpi Qufeng Zhiyang decoction in the treatment of urticaria patients with spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation type. Methods A total of 72 urticaria patients with spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation type admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and study group, with 36 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the study group was treated with Jianpi Qufeng Zhiyang decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, clinical symptom score, recurrence rate and quality of life improvement of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of clinical symptoms in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of quality of life in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Jianpi Qufeng Zhiyang decoction is effective in treating urticaria patients with spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation type, which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life of patients, and has a low recurrence rate
