中药面膜联合针灸治疗黄褐斑的临床效果

目的 探讨中药面膜联合针灸治疗黄褐斑的临床效果。方法 选取2022年2月-12月我附属医 院收治的60例黄褐斑患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组 实施常规西药治疗，观察组在对照组基础上增加中药面膜联合针灸治疗，比较两组黄褐斑严重指 数、血清指标、棕色斑与红色区分值。结果 两组治疗后MASI评分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对 照组，差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0.05）；观察组治疗后SOD水平高于对照组，MDA、E3水平低于对 照组，差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0.05）；观察组治疗后棕色斑分值、红色区分值均低于对照组，差异有 统计学意义（ P ＜0.05）。结论 中药面膜联合针灸治疗黄褐斑的临床效果良好，可有效降低患者黄褐斑指 数，调节血清指标，同时可缩小患者面部棕色斑与红色区，有效改善其临床症状，促进皮损恢复。

Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Mask Combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Chloasma

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine mask combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of chloasma. Methods Sixty patients with chloasma admitted to ouraffiliatedhospital from February to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine mask combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the control group. The chloasma severity index, serum index, brown spot and red area were compared between the two groups. Results The MASI score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment, and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). After treatment, the level of SOD in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the levels of MDA and E3 were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05). After treatment, the brown spot score and red distinction value of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine mask combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of chloasma is good, which can effectively reduce the chloasma index of patients, regulate serum indexes, and reduce the brown spots and red areas of patients'' faces, effectively improve their clinical symptoms and promote the recovery of skin lesions.
