红蓝光治疗仪治疗面部轻中度痤疮的效果

目的 探究红蓝光治疗仪在面部轻中度痤疮患者治疗中的临床效果。方法 选取2022年1月-12月于我院诊治的86例面部轻中度痤疮患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组，各43例。对照组在常规西药治疗基础上配合电离子治疗，观察组则在对照组基础上予以红蓝光治疗仪治疗，比较两组临床疗效、皮损评分、皮肤指标及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组临床治疗总有效率为95.35%，高于对照组的79.07%（P＜0.05）；观察组皮损各项评分优于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组血红素含量、皮肤表面pH值、经表皮失水量均优于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为6.98%，低于对照组的23.26%（P＜0.05）。结论 将红蓝光治疗仪应用于面部轻中度痤疮患者治疗中，能够有效提升治疗效果，改善患者皮肤状态，减少皮损，降低不良反应发生率。

Effect of Red and Blue Light Therapeutic Apparatus in the Treatment with Mild to Moderate Facial Acne

Objective To explore the clinical effect of red and blue light therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of patients with mild to moderate facial acne. Methods A total of 86 patients with mild to moderate facial acne diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 43 patients in each group. The control group was treated with electric ion therapy on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment, while the observation group was treated with red and blue light therapy apparatus on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, skin lesion score, skin index and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 95.35%, which was higher than 79.07% in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of skin lesions in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The heme content, skin surface pH value and transepidermal water loss in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.98 %, which was lower than 23.26 % in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of red and blue light therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of patients with mild to moderate facial acne can effectively improve the therapeutic effect, improve the skin condition, reduce skin lesions and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions
