秋水仙碱联合小剂量强的松治疗结节性痒疹的疗效观察

目的：研究秋水仙碱联合小剂量强的松治疗结节性痒疹的疗效。方法：结节性痒疹患分成两组，每组30例；治疗组患服用秋水仙碱片0．5mg隔tid，强的松片15mg qa，艾洛松霜外用；对照组患服用强的松片15mg qa，艾洛松霜外用；两组疗程均为4周；每周随访记录每例患皮损变化情况、瘙痒减轻情况及不良反应，疗程结束后记录疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为80％，而对照组为53．3％(P＜0．05)；治疗组和对照组的瘙痒减轻平均时间为6天和9天(P＜0．01)；两组结节开始消退平均时间为14天和20天(P＜0．01)。结论：秋水仙碱联合小剂量强的松治疗结节性痒疹具有起效快、有效率高、使用安全等特点，是一种较理想的治疗结节性痒疹的方法。

Efficacy of Colchicine Combined with Low Dosage Prednisone in Treatment of Prurigo Nodularis

Objective:To observe the efficacy of colchicine combined with low dosage prednisone in treatment of prurigo nodularis. Methods:60 patients were divided into two groups. The study group was prescribed with colchicines 0.5 mg tid combined with prednisone 15 mg qd for oral and eloson cream for external use. The control group was prescribed with predisone 15 mg qd for oral combined with eloson cream for external use. The course was 4 weeks in both groups. The skin lesion, relieve of pruritus and side effect were followed up every week. The effect of treatment was recorded after the treatment. Results: Aggregate efficacy of the study group was obviously better than that of the control group (80% vs 53.3%, P<0.05). Average relieving time of pruritus was 6 days in study group and 9 days in control group (P<0.01). Average regression time of nodules was 14 days in study group and 20 days in control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Colchicines combined with low dosage of prednisone is an ideal method with the characteristics of fast effect, high efficacy and safety in treatment of prurigo nodularis.
