脑动脉瘤破裂早期手术治疗分析

目的探讨早期手术治疗脑动脉瘤破裂的临床要点和临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院自2006年5月-2008年5月间采用手术方法治疗破裂脑动脉瘤53例患者的临床资料。结果53例患者术后1～7天内脑池内积血明显减少。随访1.5个月～3年,按格拉斯哥预后（GOS）标准评定良好39例,中度残废7例,重度残废4例,植物生存1例,死亡2例。结论早期手术治疗可提高本病的救治率,SAH、颅内血肿、脑水肿、颅内高压是严重影响脑动脉瘤手术治疗效果的因素。

The analysis of early surgical treatment of ruptured cerebral aneurysms

Objective To study the clinical effect and characteristics of the early surgical treatment of ruptured cerebral aneurysms.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 53 cases of ruptured cerebral aneurysms that treated with the surgical operation in our hospital during the time from May 2006 to May 2008.Results Within 7 days after operation,the blood in ento-cistern of 53 patients significantly reduced or even disappear.Keep the follow-up visit for 1.5 to 3 years,according to Glasgow Outcome(GOS)criteria 39 cases were good,and 7 cases were moderate disability,4 cases were severe disability,1 case was vegetative,and 2 died.Conclusions Early surgical treatment can improve the treatment rate of the disease.SAH,intracranial hematoma,cerebral edema,intracranial hypertension are also important impact factors on the effectiveness of surgical treatment of cerebral aneurysms.
