肺癌化疗患者家庭功能与生活质量的相关性研究

目的：调查肺癌化疗患者家庭功能水平，探讨家庭功能与生活质量相关性，为提高患者生活质量提供依据。方法：采用便利抽样的方法，选取化疗的肺癌患者161名，采用家庭功能评定量表（FAD)和肺癌患者生活质量量表（EORTC-QLQ30-LC13）进行评估。结果肺癌化疗患者家庭功能总分为（134.90± 14.31）分，生活质量各维度均分较低。相关性分析显示：家庭功能总分与生活质量中躯体功能呈负相关（r=-0.160,P<0.05)；家庭功能中问题解决(r=-0.176,P<0.05)、沟通维度(r=-0.173,P<0.05)与躯体功能呈负相关，家庭功能中角色维度与认知功能呈负相关(r=-0.178，P<0.05),家庭功能中情感反应与社会功能呈负相关(r=-0.159,P<0.05)。结论 肺癌化疗患者家庭功能与生活质量中躯体维度呈负相关，医护人员可通过改善患者的躯体功能促进其家庭功能，进而提高其生活质量。

Study on the correlation between family function and quality of life in patients with lung cancer undergone chemotherapy

Objective: To investigate the level of family function in patients with lung cancer undergone chemotherapy and to explore the correlation between family function and quality of life, which provided a basis for improving the quality of life of patients in the future.Methods: By means of convenient sampling, 161 lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy were selected for evaluation by family assessment device(FAD) and quality of life scale for lung cancer patients（EORTC - QLQ30 - LC13）.Results:The score of family functioning for lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy was （134.90± 14.31）, and the scores of quality of life were lower in all dimensions.Correlation analysis showed that the total family function was negatively correlated with the physical function in the quality of life（r=-0.160,P<0.05), the dimensions of problem solving and communication were negatively correlated with physical function（r=-0.176,P<0.05; r=-0.173，P<0.05）, role dimension was negatively correlated with cognitive function（r=-0.178，P<0.05）, emotional reactions was negatively correlated with social function(r=-0.159,P<0.05).Conclusion:The family function is negatively correlated with the quality of life among lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy. Medical staff can promote the family function by improving the patients’ physical function,and then improving the quality of life.
