婴儿类百日咳综合征母亲照护体验及需求的质性研究

目的：探究1至6月龄婴儿类百日咳母亲照护体验及需求，为医护人员制定治疗、护理、健康教育方案、缓解患儿母亲焦虑情绪、提升患儿母亲照护能力及其生活质量提供依据。方法：通过目的性采样法，选取16例1至6月龄类百日咳患儿母亲作为研究对象，对类百日咳患儿家属进行半结构式访谈，以现象学分析法分析资料。结果：婴儿类百日咳母亲照护体验可归纳为：自责与内疚；对患儿的不适感同身受；生理健康紊乱。婴儿类百日咳母亲照护需求可归纳为：对疾病及日常护理知识及技能的需求；对家庭支持系统的需求。结论：婴儿类百日咳母亲存在照护负担和多重心理压力，医护人员应通过多种途径提供健康指导及心理干预，提升患儿母亲照护能力及其生活质量。

Qualitative research on nursing experience and needs of mothers of infantile pertussis-like syndrome

Objective: To explore the nursing experience and needs of mothers of pertussis-like infants aged 1-6 months, so as to provide evidence for medical staff to formulate treatment, nursing and health education programs, relieve anxiety of mothers, and improve their nursing ability and quality of life.Methods:16 mothers of infantile pertussis-like syndrome aged 1-6 months were selected by purposive sampling method. Qualitative research was used to interview the mothers with semi-structured method, and phenomenological analysis was used to analyze the data.Results:The nursing experience of the infantile mothers can be summarized as follows: ① Self-blame and guilt; ② Feel the discomfort of children; ③ Physiological health disorder. The nursing needs of infants with pertussis-like syndrome can be summarized as follows: ① the need for disease and daily nursing knowledge and skills; ② The need for family support system.Conclusion:Infantile pertussis-like syndrome mothers have care burden and multiple psychological pressures. Medical staff should provide health guidance and psychological intervention through various channels to improve their care ability and quality of life.
