Application of nursing emergency management in public health emergencies of COVID-19

After summing up the experience of nursing management in COVID-19 designated hospital during the spread of novel coronavirus pneumonia, it is concluded that the following messureses are crucial importance. ①Team building: active mobilization, sustainable echelon construction, personnels training; ②Quality control management system establishing: a series of rules and regulations,such as the emergency plan, ward management and multi-level quality control organization，emergency nurse duties; ③Psychological support: magnetic management, humanistic care for frontline nurses.The application of these scientific management had improved the response speed of the emergency nursing team and members’ personal emergency capabilities.
