摘    要:目的:探讨团队式授权教育在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者呼吸功能锻炼中的应用及效果。方法 选取100例老年COPD患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组给予团队式授权教育。比较两组自我效能、呼吸功能锻炼依从性及肺功能指标(VC、FEV1及FEV1/FVC)。结果:干预后,观察组自我效能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组服药依从性、肺功能指标(VC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC)均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:实施团体授权教育,有利于提高老年COPD患者自我效能及服药依从性,并改善其肺功能。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the application effect of team type empowerment education on respiratory function exercise in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods: 100 elderly COPD patients were divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given to routine health education, and the observation group was given team type empowerment education. The self-efficacy, respiratory function exercise compliance and lung function index(VC, FEV1 and FEV1/FVC) were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention, the self-efficacy score of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05). The compliance of respiratory function exercise and the lung function index(such as VC, FEV1 and FEV1/FVC) in observation group were significantly better than that of in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of team type empowerment education can enhance self-efficacy and medication compliance of elderly COPD patients, and improve their lung function.
