A型肉毒杆菌毒素治疗头颈部肌张力不全的临床研究

局部注射Ａ型肉毒杆菌毒素治疗３８例头颈部肌张力不全患者取得满意疗效。其显效率和平均作用持续时间分别为：眼睑痉挛，９％和１３．８２周；颈肌弃挛，７６％和１２．４６周；口颌部肌痉挛，７３％和１２．７４周。绝大多数病例重复注射同样有效。无过敏和全身中毒反应。局部副作用轻微，可逆。结果表明；Ａ型肉毒杆菌毒素治疗方法简便，易行。可作为治疗头颈部肌张力不全的首选药物。

Botulinum toxin A treatment for cranial cervical dystonia.

This is a study of local injection of Botulinum toxin A in 38 cases of cranial cervical dystonia.The result of this medication in the following conditions is excellent.In patients with blepharospasm,89% of them achieve muscular relaxation for an average of 13.82 weeks,76% of patients with cervical dystonia had an average muscular relaxation of 12.46 weeks.In patients with oramandibular dystonia,73% had an average relief duration of 12.74 weeks.The majority of the cases had similar muscular relaxation with repeat injections of Botulinum toxin A.There were no severe allergic or systemic reaction to Botulinum toxin A in these series.Local side reactions were mild and reversible.The results showed that,Botulinum toxin A is a safe,simple and effective therapy for cranial cervical dystonia.
